Business Development/Sales
We are searching for a driven, motivated, medical sales professional to cultivate existing relationships, break in new accounts, and grow our business.

Core Responsibilities:
- Generate awareness and interest of company’s products and services.
- Grow revenue of company by strategically positioning our services to all decision-making levels.
- Manage and maintain a detailed and growing pipeline.
- Follow-up on designated leads to develop business.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with decision makers to understand staffing needs and offer our solutions to them.
- Effectively confer with customers by telephone and in person to provide information about products and services.
- Maintain working knowledge of competition, industry trends and territory landscape.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 1-2 years previous experience selling to physician practices, hospital, or medical industries.
- Strong prospecting skills
- Excellent phone technique to reach, engage, and consult with all levels of decision makers.
- Ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated with a high drive to succeed.
- Strong Sales and Business Development background.
