Customer Service Agent

Pronto Connections, a family owned, 24/7, INBOUND, bi-lingual customer care organization is seeking FULL TIME agents for both FIRST and SECOND shifts in the RIVER-NORTH area.

Daily Duties: 

  • Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about products and services, to take or enter orders, or to obtain details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Ensure appropriate changes have been made to resolve customers' problems.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

If you:

  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Are able to type at least 25 wpm
  • Have computer experience
  • Have a pleasant and warm phone voice
  • Desire to work with great people who genuinely care about delivering quality service to our callers
