June 2011: Pronto Earns National Award of Distinction, 3rd Consecutive Year

Pronto Connections, of Chicago, IL has been honored with the prestigious 2011 ATSI Call Center Award of Distinction by the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI).  The Industry's Trade Association  for providers of Call Center services including Inbound Order Desk/Help Desk and Web Enabled customer assistance, recognized Pronto Connections at ATSI's 2011 Annual Convention, held at the Grand Hyatt, San Antonio, TX.
