To be a Pronto Connections Customer Care Representative you must:

 

• Work Flexible Hours. We have part time and full time positions; mornings or afternoons.  Weekend work is required.
  
• Be Bilingual:   We always promote from within and offer great training. If you are looking to take the next step in your customer service career, you have found the right company to learn and grow with.
• Be computer literate.  Do you type 25 wpm and enjoy working on the computer and talking on the phone?
  
• Be here on time!  We offer easy access. We are centrally located near Orleans Avenue and Chicago Avenue, walking distance from the Brown, Purple and Red line, with access to several bus routes.
